Welcome to Integrabiz.team. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, applications, and services (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

1. Definitions

  • “We,” “us,” “our” refers to Integrabiz.team (FOP Brus Maksym Ivanovych), Ukraine.

  • “You,” “your,” “Client” means any person or entity accessing or using our Services.

  • “Human Services” means consulting, strategy, and deliverables crafted solely by our team of professionals.

  • “AI Services” means reports, strategies, or other outputs generated by third-party AI tools on your input.

2. Scope of Services

  1. Human Services

    • Custom consulting, business strategies, analyses, and deliverables created by our team.

    • You may request a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) prior to engagement.

    • We accept full responsibility for the accuracy and suitability of Human Service deliverables.

  2. AI Services

    • Outputs generated via third-party AI platforms (e.g. OpenAI, Google AI, etc.).

    • Provided “as-is” without warranty; you assume all risk of using AI-generated content.

    • We disclaim any liability for financial losses, business outcomes, or inaccuracies arising from AI Services.

    • No refunds or credits once you click “Generate” and receive the output.

3. Registration & Data

  • You may be asked to complete a business-intake quiz or provide “ignition data” (business-specific information) to tailor our Services.

  • You control this data: you can click “Wipe My Data” to permanently erase it after confirmation.

  • We collect and retain your data indefinitely unless you delete it.

4. Payments & Refunds

  • All fees are stated per service or per AI-generation request.

  • Payments are processed via WayForPay or another gateway of our choice.

  • No refunds for AI Services once generation is complete.

  • Refunds for Human Services are subject to our sole discretion and any signed agreement.

5. Intellectual Property

  • We (or our licensors) retain all intellectual property rights in the Services and deliverables we provide.

  • Upon full payment, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the deliverables for your business purposes.

  • Our underlying methodologies, tools, and AI prompts remain our proprietary property.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.

  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise access our underlying code or AI prompts.

  • Harass, defame, or harm others through your use of our Services.

7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

  • Human Services: We warrant that we will perform in a professional manner.

  • AI Services: ALL AI-GENERATED CONTENT IS PROVIDED “AS-IS.” WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior twelve (12) months. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless from any third-party claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your misuse of the Services or violation of these Terms.

9. Termination

  • We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for breach of these Terms or for any other reason, with or without notice.

  • Upon termination, your right to use the Services immediately ceases, but Sections 3, 5, 7, 8, and 11–13 will survive.

10. Governing Law & Disputes

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine.

  • Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Kyiv, Ukraine.

11. Changes to These Terms

  • We may revise these Terms at any time by updating this page.

  • Continued use of our Services after changes implies your acceptance.

  • We do not undertake individual notification obligations; please review periodically.
