1. Introduction
Welcome to Integrabiz.team (“we,” “us,” or “our”). We provide two categories of services:

  • Human-Made Consulting Services (“Human Services”), for which we accept responsibility and may enter into an NDA.

  • AI-Generated Strategy Services (“AI Services”), delivered via third-party AI tools (e.g. OpenAI, Google AI, etc.). All AI-generated outputs are provided “as-is” and used at your own risk. We do not guarantee accuracy, suitability, or financial outcomes from AI Services and disclaim any liability for losses arising from their use. No refunds or returns are available once you click “Generate.”

Because of the nature of each, our refund approach differs by service type.

2. AI Services (Irrevocable Delivery)

  • No Refunds or Credits: Once you click “Generate” and receive an AI-generated output, the service is deemed provided in full.

  • You acknowledge and accept that AI outputs are delivered “as-is” and that Integrabiz.team disclaims all liability for business or financial outcomes arising from their use.

  • Exceptions: Only if we fail technically to deliver any output (e.g., system error), will we, at our sole discretion, issue you a credit or re-run your request.

3. Human Services (Consulting & Deliverables)

  • Eligibility: Refunds for Human Services are considered on a case-by-case basis and must align with any terms in a signed engagement agreement (including NDAs).

  • Request Window: To request a refund, contact us in writing within 30 days of delivery of the final deliverable.

  • Evaluation: We will review your request, including scope of work and any signed agreement. At our sole discretion, we may offer:

    • A full refund of fees paid

    • A partial refund proportional to unperformed work

    • A rework or supplement to the original deliverable

4. How to Request a Refund

  1. Email mb@integrabiz.team with subject line “Refund Request.”

  2. Include:

    • Your name and contact information

    • Invoice or order number

    • Service type (AI Service or Human Service)

    • Reason for the refund request and any supporting details

5. Refund Processing

  • Timeline: Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days from approval.

  • Method: Funds will be returned via the original payment method (e.g., WayForPay or other gateway). Processing times may vary by bank or card issuer.

6. Exceptions & Non-Refundable Items

  • Any add-on fees (e.g., rush delivery fees) are non-refundable once the underlying service is provided.

  • If you simply change your mind about a strategy or report—even if unused—no refund will be issued for AI Services.

  • Any dispute regarding fees or service scope should first be addressed via our support email before escalation.
